FitAsia lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the FitAsia app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your password (or Google sign-in) and confirm deletion.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, or can’t sign in, you can request deletion by email:

Email contact@fitasia.org from the email address associated with your FitAsia account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”

We’ll verify the request and delete your account within a few business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• Your profile (name, email, photo, gender, height, weight, goals)
• Your food log history, including any food photos
• Your water intake logs
• Your weight logs
• Your step/activity logs

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
